Biological drying
The low-temperature drying of the HYGREX system is excellently suited for use with biological products. Thanks to the low drying temperature (approx. 30° to 40°C), all temperature-sensitive components, such as vitamins, enzymes and flavouring agents, are preserved, for optimum product quality.
